Captain's Table NPC's replaced with Champions Online Dummies

Every non-vendor NPC in the Captain's Table appears to have been replaced by target dummies from Champions Online. All of the visiting captains, admirals, etc. are now simply "Invited Captain" and use the orange / gray skin from what I assume is a training area in CO.

I have included a screenshot of the bug as it appears while I'm posting this.

    Yeh been like that for a few weeks in Tribble Server, rather funny to see.
    i posted these in another thread relating to new lighting at starfleet academy a few weeks back although at time it was only in tribble server, so i am guessing they crossed over to holodeck as well in latest update.
    Kind of reminds me of the half black/half white species in the original series episode.
