Terran TRailblazer Ship Customizing Bug

First I own every version of Voyager/Interpid in the game and when I try to customize the any part of the trailblazer I get "outfit uses invalid parts" even if i try to pick a skin of a complete ship without changing anything. Any suggestions or help?

Legendary Miracle worker multi mission science vessel
Trailblazer
The stock t5 interpid
