[Resolved] Uncommon Phoenix Token not converted

I have 11 Uncommon Phoenix Token in my Account Bank. They weren't converted to Rare Phoenix Tokens after the Stormfall update.

Edit #1: All the Phoenix Tokens have been bumped up a tier
