Loadout getting changed after transporting to the ground.

Has anyone else come across this? For me, it doesn't matter if its a combat or social area. Cannot change it back either. Tested several ships too.

    Not only has my loadout changed to what it was Y-E-A-R-S ago, but the equipment has decreased as well. I cannot change it as it overflows my inventory with items that I retired to the bank long ago.
