Traits menu basically completely borked

I'm not talking about traits/loadouts not saving -- that's still its own separate, and incredibly irritating issue.
There's a new bug after this patch that is causing the following:
--showing one of the Reputation active ground traits in the personal space traits area (visual, but still a butt)
--traits of other species to show as available -- and in effect (confirmed in character stats) -- under personal space traits (ie, a Klingon toon having Superior Romulan Operative)
--traits that the toon is supposed to have being missing altogether
