Epic Phoenix Prize Pack converted into 2x Ultra Rare Prize Packs.

Opening bug post as requested by GM Cyrelm:
I had an Epic Prize Pack in my account bank, and it's been there for many many months. I've been saving it for ships to be added to the Epic tier. Today after the change to packs it was replaced with 2x Ultra Rare Prize packs. As per https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11515903-better-odds-and-more-prizes-in-the-phoenix-prize-pack!
This should NOT have happened. My Epic prize pack should've been completely unchanged.
Last time I saw it was the day before the Phoenix pack change, and it was in my account bank as expected. I didn't "use" it, move it, etc, but the day before the Phoenix Box change I was opening a bunch of Phoenix boxes so I looked to make sure it was still there. It was in the very first slot of my account bank, so it's pretty noticeable/visible. The same slot is presently occupied by the 2x Ultra Rare packs that replaced it.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
