Why Do my Camera angles Keep reverting to FOLLOW TARGET?

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
i have had this issue for some time its annoying especially when does it MID COMBAT i have swat trait and it brings it to foward arc and if do the follow target it really screws with eyes. What can i do to get this glitch to stop ?

    Press X while in your ship.
    If I remember right, X will follow target and swing your camera around your ship to follow your targets.
    By pressing X again it should stabilize your camera to the rear of your ship..
