Event Prize Issue

I have done events where the item not show up as claimable after doing the time and tfo/episodes. I have had to spend ZEN in the mudds market to get them. I have had the issue with Evil Lorca's Armor and Fek'ithi S'torr Warship to get the 3rd console i had to wait for the SALE to be able to afford what earned dont know why happened nor what to do about it ? Since at the time of collecting of them error happened said via game collected them via my inventory there was nothing i reported in game when happened got no where! For future issues what should i do to stop this from happening?
