Traits Turning Off during combat

I have had the glitch for some time i don't know what to do just like shield issue i have had my traits all turned off when enter tfo's as with them i place them back in to what had log out wait 15 minutes and then force verify on reentry i have tried reporting in game to be told take it to forum on site. What is the work around of having this quit!
