Kobali Act III Episodes

Just received patch allowing Discovery Captains to enter Kobali Prime. Act III is stopping on "Breaking the Wall" mission and will not give "Our Chance for Peace" mission. Can't complete act III for Secret Keeper title and Kobali personal shield. Tried mission sharing but doesn't qualify for completion. Act III is now inaccessible from general and mission simulator terminal. :'(
