The Best Diplomat Trait adds 0 dmg to FAW

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
There were posts about this on reddit over a year ago. The Best Diplomat Trait increases Beam overload damage tooltip from 5000ish to 6000ish.
When under fire at will this starship trait adds zero damage. Could someone please confirm and fix this?

    Can someone please test fix the best diplomat trait? It has no damage to fire at will like it says it is supposed to but adds damage to the withering barrage on the tool tip.

    It works on Beam overload. Its been 2 years and was never fixed to work on Fire at will?
