WOW! A lot of needed fixes missing! "Fixed in a future patch", doesn't exactly inspire confidence in future purchases with how untested this whole mess was.
rocket reclaim didnt work for me too its not big deal if they get it work.

Then file a bug report and give details.. but claiming they're refusing to acknowledge an issue that isn't widely reported (no other mentions here, or on twitter) just sounds silly. Sorry you're having the issue, but I am sure you can understand if it's not the #1 most serious issue they're trying to fix.

Ok, instead of arguing semantics over the exact word you used.. lets see if we can be more productive and see if we can solve your issue..
Assuming you're on PC.. the reclaim should be under the Event Store, Reclaim Rewards, Ground Tab. It will look like this:
Are they completely missing from your store? or are they there and greyed out?

You should file a ticket from within the game. The dev team pretty much will make any excuse to not visit these forums.
