Ships warp out of space combat b4 mission complete

Ship(s): Mirror Guardian (T6-X Z-store buy); Terran Cygnus (T6-X fr 12th anniversary Z-Store pack buy)
Toon(s): Fed Human Female Tac (created Aug/Sep 2020)[renamed in ~Dec 20 due due to sp error]
Boffs: TOS Uhura, TOS Sulu, 3x Jem’Hadar Vanguard (from Gamma Vanguard Zen pack set)
Instances: Space Battle Zones (Badlands, Gon’Cha, Dyson, ...); TFO Patrols; Missions within story arcs (Space portion of mission)
Timing: Late Feb 22 – present
Synopsis: These ships randomly engage their warp drives while in Space battle and I reconstitute in Risa Sector (2x spawned in Vulcan Sector). This has happened 32x (out of 42 space battles). The warp is not commanded by me but engages when I hit keys; Shift+R (go fast to cross map), Tab (select enemy), ‘F’ (answer hail), ‘A’ (turn left) are the top instances causing this bug.
NOTE: Didn’t even hit space bar nor clickies. Weapons are auto-fire
Have spent 150+ hours trying to troubleshoot this myself and run group suggestions
Attempts to fix:
1. Asked 3 diff Fleet groups via Discord; 20-30 people. Some have experience since Alpha testing of STO.
a. Nobody seems to have used Mirror Guardian. Not really heard who has the Terran Cygnus.
b. 1 pers says 12th anniversary Terran have some bugs (not specified to my problem)
c. Several have looked at my screen-share to review my build & have seen the warp out. Don’t see an issue/problem source in the builds.
d. Force Verify. I do that 2x / month. Did it again (see #6 below)
e. Say write it up!
f. Suggest screen record a run or 2.
g. LATEST 4/18/22 Someone found and pointed out a reddit post where the gamer is having ‘warp out problem on some Legendary Jem’Hadar ships. Another player says he’s getting warp out with the Kelvin Vengeance.
2. Using the Jem’Hadar Boffs for Space Trait & Pre-qualifided Specialization Skills.
a. I removed The Command Special Skills, got 2 space battles in before it started to happen again.
b. Removed all Specialization skills from Boffs – Bug persists
3. Reloaded the previous ship (T6-X Ajax Engineering Pilot Escort) That ship and it’s build w/ specialization skills had no problems. Just like before I began using Mirror/Terran ships.
4. Removed Captain’s Space trait of ‘Thrill Seeker’
5. Changed warp and Impulse engines (all had been used on other ship builds)
6. Forced Verify on Steam and Arc login/server
7. Cleared and rebuilt all keybind ‘clicky’ boxes
8. Reset all options back to ‘default’ (all ‘Option’ menus)
9. Changed log-in server from Steam to ARC
10. Changed ‘Barbie’
a. the Captain’s uniform (from TOS and TRIBBLE Mirror).
b. Removed Terran ship skins.
I have run the Terran Cygnus on TFO Infected: The Conduit 3x and made it thru that quick space battle w/o warping out before ‘Mission Complete’
