Delta Recruit 45 Specialization point reward tier won't unlock

Greetings,

I just spent the last of my available specialization points on an existing Gamma Recruit, but the new 45 point reward tier won't unlock. I have a total of 92 points spent, now that I used the last half dozen or so points. I didn't finish the 90 point tier before the gamma transponder updated, so there was no reward claim at 90 to interfere with the new lower point unlock.

Currently I've got points spread out in the following:

Pilot - 20 pts
Miracle Worker - 4 pts
Intelligence Officer - 30 pts
Command Officer - 30 pts
Commando - 8 pts

Between Intelligence and Command, it should be covered, with both of those having been the first two completely unlocked.

Did the transponder just get partially updated early, or is this actually bugged?

However, it does not count the points that were pre-spent when you created the character. (Which is 45 points for regular Jem'Hadar and 60 for Vanguard). You need to actually "spend" 45 points as the tooltip says.

So for a standard Jem'Hadar you will need to have a total of 90 points, and 105 for Jem'Hadar Vanguard.

Ah! That would explain it. I forgot about the pre-spent points, it's been a while since I played that character.
