Commander Rojal Is Missing (Romulan "Reinforcements" Mission)

My Romulan character got two versions of the "Reinforcements" mission from the Duty Officer event that's happening at the moment. While I love Exocomps (they're so cute), I wanted to get the one unique to the Romulan characters instead. However, Commander Rojal is not where the mission marker on the map says he's supposed to be.

I also noticed that the green text in the mission, says to report to Captain Jarol at Starfleet Academy for an Exocomp, which contradicts the map markers and on-screen mission tracker, as well as the rewards section of the mission description.

The 'Romulan' version of "Reinforcements" was bugged from the very beginning and this mission was 'deactivated' during subsequent Duty Officer events.

However, in the past couple years or so, it's managed to become reactivated.

"Reinforcements" for Romulans shouldn't be taken from Velaar as there is no Rojal to turn it in to, and never has been.

Get it instead from Ferra/S'stas and hand that version in to Jarol/Laroj.
