Reinforcements continuing bug

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Got the Reinforcements mission from Centurian Velaar at Romulan command center and tried to find Jarol but when I found him at Starfleet Academy he wouldn't talk to me to give me the special Duty Officer. I know it's been a bug in the past but was hoping it was fixed.

    It was bugged from the very beginning and this mission was 'deactivated' during Duty Officer events.
    However, in the past couple years or so, it's managed to become reactivated.
    "Reinforcements" for Romulans shouldn't be taken from Velaar as there is no Rojal to turn it in to, and never has been.
    Get it instead from Ferra/S'stas and hand that version in to Jarol/Laroj.
