This has gotten out of hand. We now have two multi-week events overlapping for over a week...

If you didn't skip days, the 12th anniversary should be almost finished so it's only overlapping for optional dil-grinding.

There's also a spare week for First Contact so you could wait to avoid overlapping.

If Cryptic decided to hold "first contact day" in June on Xbox even though the canon day is April 5 that would annoy people too.

Yesterday was ship day if you were able to knock out every day. So the rest is dil farming.

I don't consider anything in the FC Day event pantaloon soilingly exciting.

You get several days as a buffer regardless, so take a break if you need one.

PC only has a couple days of overlap, but we have to consider that this is basically a scheduled Seasonal Event celebrating an in universe holiday. April 5th, 2063 is First Contact with the Vulcans after the first ever use of Warp Drive by Earth.

Sometimes Seasonal Events will conflict with non seasonal, but the Devs do at least TRY to avoid these overlaps when they can, or if not minimize it as much as possible based on scheduling.
