Beam visuals for 32c Refit Dual Heavy Cannons do not show

This might be for the non wide-arc version too, but I'm not sure because I don't have it. The glowing from the weapon being fired shows, but the actual shots don't show.

EDIT: Seems to only not show unless up-close to the target.
