Event Campaign IV - No Progress

I completed Iuppiter Iratus today for my first dilithium daily bonus reward.

I did not get 50 Event campaign progress.

This was before the patch. I did not get it refunded after the patch.

EDIT: I ran it for a 2nd time even though I had claimed my dilithium for today, I got my Campaign progress.

That sounds like your Campaign Progress was still in 'Reset Timer' from yesterday's run when you did it the first time.
Second time, the 'Reset Timer' had expired, hence the Campaign progression being correctly awarded.
