Bridge Officer training manuals

I have been having trouble using bridge officer training manuals. When I go to train my officers,the manuals that I have don't show up.

    Make sure they are in your Inventory, not the Bank.
    Additionally, if you are training in a Specialisation skill, that Bridge Officer also needs to have been trained in that Specialisation first.

    If your problem isn't anything like what I've suggested above, perhaps you could enlighten us further with a bit more detail, or even a screenshot or two...?
