Did not receive rewards for opening 3 lock boxes

I opened three emerald chain lock boxes out of 40 and received no rewards. I would like to be reimbursed with either the ship because I could have got it, the equivalent of zen or three keys. I submitted this request with a video to support and was told that I had to post it here again after two weeks of back and forth. I was asked “ do you want reimbursed” like that should even be a question.
