History will remember stacks gain with every tick from a single anomaly

I was in the voth undine zone with a ship that uses "history will remember" trait, sat inside an anomaly at one of the spots, waiting for the device to do its thing. Its practically not doing any actual damage, just scratching the shield. While I was sitting there and the yellow anomaly cycling around me I suddenly noticed Im gaining stacks, one every second.

After that I went into the tzenkethi battlezone, just entered when the zone bar was full, I moved to one of the dreads to pull the device away and Im taking damage. No clue how or why me tractoring a device damages me but I gain "history will remember" stacks with every damage tick like before in the undine zone.

This cant be intended.
