What is everyone’s opinion on the Terran Lexington Dreadnaught cruiser? Thinking about picking it up but not sure if it’s worth it since I have the10th anniversary bundle
It's 'basically' a fleet Gagarin with a 4/4 weapon layout, hangar, and built-in spinal lance. Very easy to recommend.
Console seems to be busted/not-working-as-advertised(doesn't actually scale with enemies per facings); trait is.. okay. The ship itself is great, and you can use the odyssey bridge/parts on it.
It is arguably the best regular price, non Legendary C-store ship available right now. Possibly slightly edging out the longstanding Gagarin. In terms of capability it sits precisely between the Gagarin and the Inquiry for Beam Builds. Its only negative is it has a 4/4 weapons layout. But as it is it has fantastic seating and console layout. Being very very similar to the Promo Box Inquiry. It is a full spec Miracle Worker with a second different spec seat. Intel. That is almost unheard of in a regular C store ship.

Hell... if you like cosmetic options as well its a good addition, as it unlocks parts for the entire Odyssey line. If you don't like the ship itself but you normally fly an Odyssey, you can actually put the Lexington parts on an Ody.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

The only think mildly disappointing is the mission pod isn’t a separate piece and is limited to the Lexington hull.

I can't see the lance and cosmetics worth 3K zen I like the way it looks but yea I agree does a situational weapon and new skin really justify it. I know it’s all personal preference but if they were to fix the console maybe?

You missed the fact it's a Miracle Worker ship too.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

I'd emphasize this as well.
It gets an extra console and is fully capable of mounting a 'meta' MAS/NSB energy weapon setup, and it comes with a lt. Intel seat if you want to run OSS/Ionic Turbulence. Additionally, the Lexington more agile than any of the other odyssey variants - including the Verity(+2 turn and +5 inertia).

It may be a variant, but it does offer enough of a difference that some people may favor it over existing variants, including the Legendary.
I know I personally feel my older Command Assault Cruiser is superior to the Legendary Sovy, at least in terms of BOff layout. And I kinda prefer my MW Flight Deck Connie over the Legendary. Its all personal preference.

When will it be available on Console (xbox)? I see the news post mentions it and the 12th Anniversary bundle are now available ('even' on Xbox), but I am not seeing it.
The ship is VERY solid. Put the X upgrade on it and it a workhorse and very versatile for all kind of builds.
The console is TRASH basically a torpedo spread launcher with a 2 minute cool down. I put it in the bank after 1 use. It's not even worth keeping equipped for the passive bonuses. (Except on a torpedo build for the passive 20% projectile damage)
Edit* The console dose have 1 other good use it's excellent for a shuttle craft. You now have a torpedo launcher for your shuttle without having to use a weapon slot.
And the trait is decent. Although I don't see myself using it anytime soon, maybe down the road for a very specific build type.
Overall I would say if you're looking for a good ship it's worth it. But I wouldn't run out and buy it for the trait or the console.
Just my opinion..

It's a Full Spec Miracle Worker with an Intel Seat secondary. So 13 console slots with a T6x. And effectively 6 possible Tac consoles. And it's seating is almost the same as the Promo Box Inquiry's. The differences between this and other Odyssey's aren't just the cosmetic and the Lance. This thing is a Beast for a Beam Build.

The trait is very good on TFOs with heavy enemy presence like Starbase One, on Binary Stars it's god mode. Nearly useless everywhere else though.

And as a Miracle Worker ship, she would have a native extended duration Slipstream in sector space as well. I know with my DSC Connie I can slipstream from K7 to Nimbus non stop and have a few seconds left over by the time I arrive.

I agree.. I have other traits like Super Charged Weapons and Promise of Ferocity that also provide up to 30% damage and they will work with anything.
You need a Miracle Worker ship or to use Directed Energy Modulation plus having a certain number of enemies within 5k makes it a very situational trait. Were as Super Charged you need to fire a torpedo every 20 seconds and Promise of Ferocity using a tactical ability and staying in combat make both a better general purpose trait for any ship.
I would say it's a decent trait over all because of those reasons. It can work good on that Lexington but not on everything.
That's why I said I wouldn't buy it for the trait or the console.

You pretty much nailed it, the problem with the trait is simply that there are better options that do the same thing with less restrictions. Now, if you don't have those traits.. then sure, the Lexington Trait will give you a situational boost.. it's not totally useless, but it's certainly not a trait anyone is going to buy a ship for.
The saving grace of the Lexington is it's fantastic bridge officer seating. I agree that the Console is hot garbage, the trait is situational.. at best.. but the actual ship is really good. I actually kind of like the Lexington for this exact reason.. it's kind of nice that they made a ship that's actually good for.. well. for the ship!

I imagine the lance weapon is hit or miss (latter usually) like the others.

Console = mediocre
Trait = niche, it's rare you'll be surrounded by many enemies even less that are still alive.
Ship however is awesome, Inquiry but cheaper and account wide.
It's there alright.
Don't think it's on sale now if that's where you're looking.
Try looking in ship bundles.
