Due to extended server downtime will the promotions be extended?

The xbox servers were supposed to be up at 1030a Eastern, but that has since been extended 3 hours meaning anyone who did not grab the T6x upgrade token last night did not have a chance this morning. Will the T6x upgrade token promotion be made available to those that did not have a chance to claim it due to this long downtime?

Now it's 4.5 hours over the original estimated downtime

I wouldn't bet on it, they're talking a rollback may be needed now.
