Cardassian Reformation Reinforcements Set Bugs

This is a little compliacted to explain but will try and explain as best as possible.

I trained my Julian Bashir boff with Destabilizing Resonance Beam Boff Skill level 1, and now it messes up the skills on him and the active skills relating to Cardassian console set or to be exact its confusing Destabilizing Resonance Beam Boff Skill level 1 with the spirale wave console skill and the support platform with hazard emitters Level 1.

So if i have resonance beam in my boff skills tray and click on it it actives the cardassian spiral wave skill.
And when i try to activate hazard emitters level 1 it activates the suport platform assuming they are not on cooldown that is.

And when i have the spiral wave console slotted i cant use hazard emitters level 2 or resonance beam level 1.
If I remove the spiral wave conole I can use the hazard emitters L2 and res beam L1 fine.

And If I have the support platform slotted I cant use hazard emitters L1 and if i click on hazard emitters 1 it activates the support console.

Also when i have the Support platform slotted the hazzard emitters level 1 does not show in the available skille tray, and hazard emitters 2 and resonance beam dont show up when I have the spiral wave console slotted.

it doesnt seem to affect any other of my sci officers so i can still use hazard emitters 1,2 on my other doffs do not know about res beam as havnt trained any other officers in it wont until i can be sure it wont just mess up them.

His skills work ok when i remove the consoles and it does not effect my other sci doffs as far as I can tell, also although none of my skills apear to affect the mobile torpedo platform there might be a skill or skills that do.

Well I found another char that had Destabilizing Resonance Beam level 1 trained on a doff and level 2 on another doff and so far have not found any prob on tose doffs so it looks like it might be either a prob with the Julian Bashir doff possibly with one of the skills that Julian Bashir came with or one of his traits, but I have no clue how to tell for sure.

And unfortunalty I can discard him and reclaim him as he was part of the medical give away back in 2020 and you can only claim him once.

Well I seem to have found a fix, I discarded the consoles and ships and reclaimed them and now the new consoles and his skills work fine.

I have no clue why, but if anyone encounters the bug dscard the consoles/ships and reclaim them.

Well fingers crossed it does not happen again.
