Bond With Life ground trait - Frost Worm never deploys

Not sure if this is being addressed or known but when attempting to summon a Frost Worm from the Bond With Life ground trait, nothing comes out and the full cooldown starts. Every other animal works fine, but the frost worm has never appeared - I'm federation tac human (23c)
