Did Not get Skill Points for Giveaway today

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Instead of the 2 skill points i got 5 k dill on a char that is not maxed in any specializations yet so I should have gotten the skill points. The icon in the store had the picture of the Skill points but the words said "Null" it was the same yesterday as well the Giveaway said Null but had the upgrade books, yet I did actually receive the books for that one. But not today all i got was 5.2k dil and no skill points.

    Interesting. It sounds like the system thinks all your specializations are maxed out.

    That was my thought too, but they aren't and it is supposed to give you an account bound box to use with any other character, from what I've heard I'm not the only one this happened to either.

    No, the giveaway just drops 2 Spec Points directly onto your character.
    The boxes come from TFO-related-3-week Events and have an option of a Spec Point or Upgrade - not what the giveaway offered.

    No I got the box containing 2 points on my other account
