Attack Pattern Lambda does not apply accuracy/perception buff to self. Only debuffs to enemy work

Hello,

I have done extensive testing with the pilot ability Attack Pattern Lambda. Seeing as Intel and Stealth is getting attention lately, this critical piece to the puzzle breaks the entire balance with Intel Team.

Attack Pattern Lambda does not give the buffs shown to its user.
Lambda should be applying an accuracy and a perception buff to self.
Then, targets hit with Lambda should be getting a confuse and negative perception debuff (this part does work).

I'd urge the perception/accuracy to be fixed, as well as removing the perception debuff it causes as it breaks the balance with Intel team completely.

Steps to recreate:

Take two ships into a private arena, one with intel team, the other with Lambda.
Activate Intel team and slowly move the two ships apart until you find the "break" point where you can no longer target them.
Park the second ship 0.05 km or so outside of that range (i.e. if you can target them through intel team at 5km, move out to 5.05km so you can't target them anymore).

Activate Intel Team again on the first ship, then Lambda on the second ship. You will still not be able to target them because the perception buff never applies.

Accuracy.
Take two ships into a private arena, one with no accuracy buffs and Lambda 2, and another with a defense rating above zero (Attack Pattern Omega is a reliable way to test).

Park the two ships in range and fire from the second ship and measure the number of misses. For example, if our Accuracy Rating is 0, and the enemy ship has a Defense of 27 (AP Omega I), then we will have multiple missed shots.

Activate Attack Pattern Lambda 2 and attack again. We should have 40 accuracy, while the target ship has 27 defense, which means we should hit 100% of the time. We will still have multiple missed shots because we don't actually get this accuracy increase.

Update: Just retested. The accuracy and perception buffs are applied but only if you have a target to attack. If your enemy activates intel team and you don't have enough perception to target them, you never get the perception buff that... helps you target them. Maybe the acc/perception buffs should apply on activation of the ability, instead of on firing weapons?
