Twin Tribulations: Missing Door Node

In a run of 'Twin Tribulations' that I just did, my team was unable to complete the trials due to a missing tractor node on the door locks. Fortunately the other team was not similarly bugged, so everyone was able to complete the TFO. But that is not the spirit in which the TFO was designed.
