Unable to claim event ship rewards on other characters.

I completed the Collect 2017 Anniversary Event Rewards but can only get the ship on that character. Special Requisition Pack - Lukari Ho'kuun Science Vessel [T6]
In the description in the Reclaim Rewards area, I should be able to get it on all account characters.


I also noticed that I don’t have access to the Ferengi Nandi Warship that I unlocked doing the “Claim a Ferengi Nandi Warship [T6]” event.

Nope, on Console, our prize for the 2017 Anniversary Event reward was the Krenim Science Vessel [T6].

The "Lukari Ho'kuun Science Vessel [T6]" was a giveaway at a later date that was a character-specific freebie to be claimed from the Z-Store 'Promotions' section, and it was not an account unlock.

The "Ferengi Nandi Warship [T6]" was the reward for completing the 'Lohlunat Festival' event in the summer of 2015 - STO launched on Consoles just before summer 2016.
The "Ferengi Nandi Warship [T6]" was another Z-Store giveaway for Consoles at a later date, though. Again, this had to be claimed on each character you wanted it on as it was not an account unlock.
