Two weapons changed type by pressind Ready Starship button

During change from the Phantom Intel Escort [T6]
to the Terran Lexingtoni Dreadnought Cruiser [T6]
with the "Ready Starship" button at the Earth Space Dock.
Only the Consoles switched automaticaly from the old to the new ship.
When i was tranfering the weapons by hand via dropdown menu i noticed that only three of five agony phaser beam arrays where availabel. When i was klicking the Phantom Intel Escort (all done in the manage ship menue) i saw that it had changed.
Two Agony Phaser Beam Array MK XV CrtDx2 (very rare might have been elite or epic since al wapons had ben upgraded from MK2) have been replaced with, in the frist fore weapons slot an Tempoiral Defense Chroniton Dual Cannons MKXII CrtDx2 (blue) and in the second aft weapons an Phaser Beam Array MK XI CrtD (green).
Realoading, switchign back to the old ship did not fix it.
This char has no saved loadouts i could not try reloading the loadout.
Affectet char is Ayame@Piroteus
Also when i was switching gear over via inventory in the Manage Ship screen the Deflector from the inventory did not replace the deflector on the lex so it had both equiped for a short time until i manage to swap it back via the item list.
