Discovery Tutorial Captains chair Stuck.

So i did try to do new Discovery character so i can see the start story there and encountered this highly annoying bug that stops my advance forward completely because I cannot sit on captains chair.
1. Made new character played little bit deleted her to change few things.
2. Remade the character.
3. Played through the tutorial all the way where the lady asks you to sit on the captains chair but to my dismay I cannot sit on the chair.
4. So i have those yellow >>> arrows indicating that i need to sit the chair.
5. So i tried to crouch, jump and go for it from all sides to no solution.
5a. I have no quest indication text on the side on what to do it went away as soon as i talked with the lady that told me to sit on captains chair.
6. So i did think it was just a nasty bug so i deleted her and tried again and to my dismay bug is still there and still cannot advance.
7. I have now tried to remake her 4 times in total.
8. So what else I have tried i was reading people have waited 15-30min to bug go away tried that did not help. I have tried to wait for whole full day did not help. I have tried to access the chair from top to bottom but cannot sit on the chair. tried Respawn and stuck options those just made it worse (had to delete and remake).
So after all that I am truly stuck with that character
Kind support personell told me to write this forum post so maybe it will do some good. Thank you for your time.

In settings:
Go to HUD, click Save UI.
Go to Key Binds, click Reset to defaults. *
-Try sitting in chair by double clicking it-
Go to HUD, click Load UI to restore any key bind changes you made. *
* Might have to relog after this step.
Sorry for late reply.
I did try that and had no impact on the bug.
