Wow. You people are incredibly spiteful. I saw the post, moved on with my life, and saw the repost, then moved on with my life. You all are the reason a lot of us never open the chat box in game.
tons of misinformation that has emerged from the incorrect details/dates/times/rewards/etc, has led to many upset and frustrated people over the years. imagine seeing a post about an event and has the DOMINO as a reward, only to find out that it was copy and pasted incorrectly for a week, and well, sucks to be you, cause we are not going to offer that. (yes, this is a fake take on it, but gets the point out)
i think spiteful is used incorrectly by you. but that's ok. you got the point across. and maybe you don't know about the years of frustration and associated BS that has now become a comedy of errors, thus obtaining said responses as they get.
as for chat in game...totally different topic mate.
Yeah, it was disappointing for me when they had a playable Kobayashi Maru listed as the reward for the no-win scenario. A bunch of changeable weapons would have been cool.
It's hardly spiteful to want someone to do something professionally. Especially when the difference between professional and unprofessional is a few seconds of proof reading.
Also, notice the Reward for Dilithium at 50k, current paradigm is 25k. And the Bonus is listed at 2.5k scaling up from there. Again, current is 8k and scaling from there.

And still, most players DOES NOT CLOSE THE D**M RIFTS!!
Yeah, that part gets me too - it's like "holy Christmas, there are like a dozen rifts open, and two ships nearby... oh wait, they got blown up... morons."
This is why I do Operation: Wolf.
Gravity Kills can get......interesting if the puggernauts get all dosed up on the DPS and forget to do the objective. It's why I usually fly things with battle cloaks.

Pilots ships can make quick work of the objectives.
I don't see more voiceovers as a positive if they're going to be spammy and/or annoying. For example, the latest TFO. "Those rifts won't close themselves!" As a Klingon I should be able to tell the base commander to watch his mouth. Same with 'Captain' Harry Kim bossing a higher-ranked character around in Dust to Dust and Tasha Yar being annoying.
that why the best line in the whole game is castillos "I don't think the tholians CARES about starfleet regulation blah blah blah"
And still, most players DOES NOT CLOSE THE D**M RIFTS!!
I usually just posted up on one of the holoprojectors, orbiting it and keeping an eye out for rifts and enemy ships. If one player stayed on each projector, things would run a whole lot more smoothly - the other two could then monitor Jupiter Station and also move in when needed at any given projector.
As it is, it sometimes presents inadvertent comedy when the station commander barks, "Those rifts aren't going to close themselves!", then immediately follows it with the announcement that the projectors have been locked down. Which causes all the remaining rifts to close themselves. I thought you said that wasn't going to happen?

At this point I think it won't be so much about seeking treatment for event fatigue but at what point peeps get taken away for urgent care
