Heres a list of great things STO needs:
1.For the t5 fleet ships to get OUT the t5 ships listings in ship and shuttle requisitions, its so confusing with them there.
2. the ability to toggle what ships appear based on faction in ship and shuttle requisitions.
3. The Ability to use the armoury and other locations in our ships to store equipment so it doesnt clog up our main banks.
4. take away the ability for dil to transfer from one player to another.
5.give the ability FOR LOBI AND LOCKBOX SHIPS TO BE RECLAIMED.
6. the ability to buy event and lockbox ships on the c store for a bit more than normal c store ships, like mayby a tenner more or so.
Not the madness it is currently.
7. SIGNIFICANTLY lower the prices on the mudd store, they are ludicrously greedy and the greed makes us sick.
8. Phase out the lock boxes, all the unethical and greedy business tactics are offensive to genes memory and what star trek stands for.
9. terran empire characters that eventually meet our starfleet characters or the ability to call our other characters in for support to make a small squad.
10. fleet tier requirments for fleet ships need to be removed and set to level, theres a problem where people only go for t5 fleets because they have everything so people never go for any lower fleets and a a result its an absolute nightmare for them to grow.
11. cap the exchange, were in the billions now. its gone nuts
12. make the ships in aniversary packs available outside anniversary packs. nobody wants to cough up that much for some starships.
Get a Manager who understands that PLAYERS and MORALITY will always be more important than PROFIT. Because then the players wont feel exploited and your buisness will last longer because you will have player support instead of their condemnation, disgust and departure.
