Extreme Game Crippling Lag

i beleive one of the account servers may have a fault, at first then launcher wont connect to the accout server but it does when i try again but the issue is the game is so unbeleivably laggy and slow it makes it absolutly impossible to play the game to any capacity, i knoiw this fault isnt on my end because all my stuff is alright it just started randomly happening when i logged in yesterday evening, the game connection has even crashed or timed out a few times.
