Dissappearing shoulders in Tailor.

When using the 23c Klingon shirt or 23c Klingon Mesh shirt, as part of an off-duty outfit for my Orion Female, her shoulders complete dissapear. there's just a large transparent area below her neck.
Oddly enough, when using the same shirts as part of a "uniform" outfit, the problem doesn't happen.... only when using an off-duty outfit.
anyone else having that issue?
