    Take a look inside your active mission journal to check you don't already have it.
    I was becoming frustrated with him not giving me the mission for a few days in a row and having to do TFO's to get event progress.
    Turned out, I already had the mission lurking amongst all the little ones that want to to check computer records at Ops on DS9.

    Wow I have checked my active Mission every day and today it shows up very strange well it looks like it is set to work now.
