Ship tailor trying to charge for unlocked parts

While trying to customize my Bird of Prey in the ship tailor, it kept trying to charge me 32,000 zen for customization. Even though i was only using parts that i had unlocked already, it kept trying to charge me hundreds of dollars in zen. Swapping back and forth, even when i took off the unlocked parts for the base free stuff, it still wouldn't let me change it, as it was trying to charge me 26,000 zen.

I've jumped back in and out of the tailor but it's still doing the same thing.

    You might be accessing a hull material that requires paying Zen to use.

    That could be it. I didn't see any indication that those were locked/unlocked, so i just assumed that they were unlocked and ready to use. I will have to test this. Thank you both.
