Gamma Quadrant story arc bug

In The Search, I fight this boss creature near Quark's location in the cave. One of the "Attendant" clips inside the wall so that I cannot shoot it even though it can be selected. Fortunately, I waited about 5-10 minutes, and the game "skipped" past the issue and played the cutscene. Still, this felt very much like a bug. I think it happened because one of my boffs tossed a bomb that knocked back the Attendant into the geometry.
