Can't Breed Gamma Quadrant Tribble

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Simply put, the Ketracel White Device is consumed/disappears from its Inventory Slot but NO Gamma Quadrant Tribble is left behind. Tried 3X & Ketracel always disappears within an hour but no tribble.

    P.S. Apologies for my not reading Gamma Quadrant tribble description as it states 1 per character.
