Epic Store Terran Sword BtC

I got the terran emperor's sword from the epic store.

However, (presumably) after putting it through the upgrade system, it changed to bind-to-character.
Will the patch tomorrow that fixes the upgrades not working also fix this?

The other two items are BtA as expected.

    So, apparently the store description is wrong.

    Here's the response I got from my ticket:
