Now I know some ships are obviously scaled down.
Ignoring that
As they appear IN GAME, which ships are the biggest, which is considered the biggest?
top 5? from biggest to smallest, having a debate with the SO over which we think is the biggest, so some imput or dev confirmation would be amazing.

Thanks!
Technically, the Voth Fortress is the biggest ship in the game....but it doesn't move. In terms of volume, next it's the Borg Cap ships, followed by the Borg Tac Cube, Borg Cube, then probably the Universe Class.....but I'm not 100% on that, although, technically the Undine Planetkiller could be 2nd behind the Voth Fortress.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
For Playable, the new Orion Jugg and Romulan Valkis are likely the largest - the former for length, the latter for width/volume.
For overall, it's a bit harder to say and depends on whether you include immobile things or not. Voth Fortress is the clear winner if you include non-movers. For enemies that actually move/orient: Undine Planet Killers, Voth Citadels, Iconian/Herald (Iaidon)Super-Dreadnoughts, Borg Tactical Cubes and Na'kuhl (Khaerops)Dreadnoughts are probably the largest off the top of my head.
Technically the Borg Unimatrix's are scaled down versions of the V'ger ship from TMP. The actual V'ger ship on screen was enormous and would dwarf ESD.
The new Emerald Chain Juggernaut is currently the largest (by length) player flyable ship in game. And it was substantially scaled down from how big it is on screen. The Borg cubes are probably around 1/10th the size they are on screen.
Emerald Chain Juggernaut was confirmed by the devs to be biggest in game for the reveal stream. Though, I think the Universe and Valkis are wider width-to-width. Not quite sure on width-to-length.
Sarcophagus you fit two side by side on top of the Universe (surprised me seeing that when the Sarco was new), but it's still pretty far up the size scale itself.
I think Herald Vonph Dreadnought Carrier (Iconian) is still top for height.

While it is clearly influenced by it and Dan Stahl was a huge fan of V'ger, it was never confirmed or denied in any kind of official means to actually be related to V'ger and V'ger being related to the Borg has only been hinted at or has only been presented in non-canon non-sto related media
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power

Oh no I didn’t mean to imply any connection between the Borg and V’ger in game. Beyond that STO and other games have used a scaled down 3d model of V’ger as a Borg capital ship. And to even know that you have to be a pretty big Trek nerd as the only way anyone knows that overall shape of V’ger is from movie production art and photos. You never get a good beauty shot of it on screen.

Maybe the Sarcophagus after that.
Not much clue for the next two.
I am basing this on what I've been parked under (aside from the Emerald, as that doesn't exist on console yet)

I think the Tholian Tarantula and Vaadwaur Jug are pretty comparable in size. And the Sarco is pretty big too.
