Epic Store Promotion: How can I link epic account to my existing STO account?

As the question states, I claimed the sword from the epic store games (aka its currently in my epic library). First i linked my epic and steam account, as I normally launch the game through steam (which I do have linked already), however nothing apeared in promotion tab. My next attempt was to simply install the STO fresh through epic, but it didnt gave me an option to link an existing account, only to create new account (which i did not and closed the launcher). So I am therefore asking, if there exist some work-around, or do I need to contact support? I didnt do anything hasty, as I dont want to loose a chance to claim it on my (this) account.

    Following. I did anything I can thought of yet nothing can earn me the Terran Sword pack. I wonder if it is expired before I found out about the Emperor's Sword promotion.
