[Bug{ ESD Ship vendor took 3000 Zen during ship purchase instead of 100% off T6 coupon

SHIP PURCHASE IN ZEN STORE USED 3000 ZEN INSTEAD OF 100% OFF T6 COUPON.

My character tried to purchase the Vo’Devwl Support Carrier at ESD at the time listed above. Instead of using my 100% off T6 coupon, the game took 3000 Zen. I went from 10,500 Zen to 7,500 Zen.

The 100% was (and still is) in Carpenter’s inventory, but despite the Vo’Devwl ship listing saying that it would be “0 zen (100% coupon)” at the bottom of the ship purchase popup window, the ship vendor instead took 3000 Zen from me, leaving me with 7,500 Zen, instead of the 10,500 Zen I had before the transaction took place.

I want the Vo’Devwl Support Carrier ship, but the vendor should have taken the 100% off T6 coupon that was in my inventory.

How can I get this remedied to get my 3000 Zen refunded and you take the 100% off T6 coupon that should have been taken?
