Your announcements for the awards are not publishing with enough notice and the announcements are not synced with the promotions tab. I've logged in everyday to try and collect them, yet I keep missing them. The fact that you keep having shard maintenance every day cuts into the collection times, and it appears you don't account for your own prohibition to access. It's like teasing people. "Look what you can have, but only of you log in at certain hours and we will only have the server up for 16 of those". I would rather you not give anything away at all than play TRIBBLE game with gated time windows to collect. That is just all kinds of wrong on multiple levels. It's no wonder Blizzard is still kicking your TRIBBLE even with all the misogyny.

    There was maintenance on Tuesday 25th which may have cut into your time to collect the T6-X token, but it started about 20 hours after the item was made available.
    The announcements were posted each day at 6pm UTC and the item became available each day at 6pm UTC for 24 hours. There was no other server downtime that I'm aware of.
    We knew well enough in advance that there would be a free item each day & a promotional email even listed the items for each day, which is not something we've had before.

    I got the token for the ship. I didn't get the Captain upgrade token. Looked in the promotions tab yesterday and there was nothing there.

    Sorry to hear that it didn't show up for you, but if this had been a issue for more players, you can bet there would have been more noise about it in these here forums. Is it possible you missed the end time and looked after it had gone?

    Sorry but same here, I'got the ship token but I didn't get the captain upgrade, I' was log so why?
