"Red Shift" Bug - Looping Autonomous Beam Out Attempts

Character: Reman female captain - KDF aligned
Bug: During the "Red Shift" mission, 'Future Yet Unwritten' after the return to Admiral Janeway's Voyager, my captain keeps trying to beam out all on her own.
Steps to Reproduce: She only does this when she is wearing a non-default EV suit. I have tried equipping the Republic Combat EV Suit (Lifer Bonus) and Burnham's CQC EV Suit. There is a graphical flash of the EV suit and then she tries to beam out -- again and again and again and again. Removing the EV suit from the slot stops the loop. Reslotting the non-default EV suit restarts the looping.
