Na'kuhl Temporal Operative Personal Sheild Time Slip not working on Bridge Officers Correctly

I was palying some ground missions (to many to list here) and I noted that the Na'kuhl Temporal Operative Personal Sheilds I put on my bridge officers were not working as they should when under attack. Whenever the time slip passive ability would trigger on any of my bridge officers equipped with the Na'kuhl Teporal Operative Personal Sheild the distortion and isolation bubble would be applied to the player captain instead of the bridge officer who had the sheild. The distortion that would appear guarding the players captain when this occurs would even appear as a distortion of the bridge officer on which the ability triggered. This in the larger scheme is a minor bug but if you could please fix this so that the time slip would work correctly for bridge officers as well as the players captain that would be much appreciated. This has been reported off and on over the last couple of years by several people while others claim they've never seen any such occurrence. Maybe a random visual bug?
