Bug: ultimate upgrade not giving correct outcome

So i used my ultimate upgrade token on my delta expedition tactical kit that was suppose to output kperfx2, link here - (https://imgur.com/a/TeUh26o) but upon hitting upgrade it did not come out as it said. can you please fix this.

When items such as Kit Frames increase in rarity, the additional mod they acquire is often random.
Can you re-engineer it to get the mod you wanted?
