duplicate VO

Was play "operation gamma" mission, and during the dialogue with the vorta in the cut scenes there are 2 voice overs, one of Jeffery Combs and one of the person who did the VO before Jeffery joined STO's VO staff. It is really annoying and since you can't skip it it really needs to be fixed. Please fix this asap. Or at least before you bring out a new type of char. Thank you.
