Another (ability) stations bug

As I played around with one toon and decided to play with another, the traits were gone again. Personal space and starship traits only. As it happens every day on random toons for no apparent reason. For the second year now. Incase its too subtle: ITS EFFING ANNOYING TO REDO THESE THINGS EVERY DAY!
Anyway, as I was setting up the traits, undocked and redid the traits again because it didnt save them through this transition, I was going into TFO. As I entered the queue I glanced down and found my ability bars mostly empty. Thats new. So I checked out the space station tab and saw this:
Logged out, logged back in, still bugged. Docked, switched ship, stations look normal on ship two, switched back to ship one and its still glitchy.
When I changed the individual station abilities it returned to normal.
